# FIP#11冻结提案实现方案已完成测试，冻结账户名单开始公示

**资讯发布时间：2019年9月27日**

EOSC社区已于北京时间2019年9月26日完成FIP#11中“在前一次冻结80%余额基础上，冻结未激活账户剩余20%代币余额”这一提议的具体实现的技术测试。本次测试过程顺利，技术方案可行。

同时，EOSC社区将对冻结账户名单进行公示，公示时间为北京时间2019年9月27日至2019年10月9日14:00。公示结束后，未激活账户余额冻结操作将开始正式执行。
